About Parcelhero Group

Parcelhero Group, founded in 2003, is a leading UK parcel delivery price comparison site, attracting over 5 million visitors annually. As a dynamic and forward-thinking technology company with over 130 remote employees worldwide, we are on a strong growth trajectory.

Driven by our commitment to innovative solutions and exceptional customer care, we offer excellent career growth opportunities, particularly as we continue to expand rapidly. We are now launching our new product, Parcelhero Pro, for DTC e-commerce merchants across the UK and the USA. This cutting-edge platform will empower retailers to streamline their shipping and fulfilment operations.

Our remote-first culture is collaborative and innovative, where every voice is heard, and we encourage initiative, adaptability, and ownership. If you're a dynamic and ambitious individual seeking a forward-thinking team, Parcelhero is the ideal fit.

Our Core Values: Committed to Quality | Create Amazing Experiences | Putting People First | Welcome Feedback | Inform, Educate, Innovate | Work Hard, Play Hard

What You Will Own

    Paid Social and Channel Expansion
    • Retargeting buildout: Own the launch of retargeting programmes across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn from scratch, including pixel setup, audience architecture, funnel segmentation, and creative strategy. We have over 5 million annual website visitors and currently run zero retargeting. This is your first priority.

    • Prospecting campaigns: Build and manage prospecting campaigns on paid social and community channels, including Reddit and Quora. Test, learn, and scale what works.

    • B2B paid acquisition: Own paid advertising to drive business leads for our new Parcelhero Pro SaaS subscription plans.  This includes LinkedIn campaign management targeting SMEs, e-commerce businesses, and direct-to-consumer brands. Work closely with the Sales team to align paid lead quality with pipeline outcomes.

    • PPC backup and support: Develop a solid working knowledge of our Google and Microsoft PPC accounts so you can provide informed support and cover when needed. You will not own PPC day-to-day, but you need to understand it well enough to monitor performance and flag issues.

    • Analytics and Measurement
      • GA4: Use GA4 daily to monitor campaign performance, track conversion events, and identify optimisation opportunities. Contribute to conversion tracking setup for new campaigns and channels.

      • Reporting: Build and maintain paid media dashboards in Looker or Power BI covering all channels you own. Report clearly to the Head of Marketing and CRO on channel performance, CAC, and ROAS.

      • Testing: Run structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages. Document learnings and apply them systematically.

      • Creative and Collaboration
        • Creative briefing: Brief the design team on ad creative requirements across all paid social channels. Give clear, data-informed feedback on what is and is not working.

        • Cross-functional alignment: Work closely with the Head of Marketing, CIO, Sales, and Customer Success teams. Paid media at Parcelhero connects directly to revenue; you will be expected to operate with that context in mind, not in isolation.

        • AI-powered working: We are a heavy Claude AI user across the business and expect all team members to use AI tools actively to work faster and smarter. Creative iteration, campaign analysis, reporting, and planning are all areas where AI should be part of how you work.

What We’re Looking For

    Essential
    • 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with direct ownership of campaigns across at least two channels beyond Google Search.

    • Proven experience building and running paid social campaigns on Meta Ads, with measurable performance outcomes. TikTok or LinkedIn experience is a strong plus.

    • Retargeting experience: you have set up and managed retargeting programmes before, including audience segmentation and creative sequencing.

    • Solid GA4 knowledge,  you use it regularly, understand event tracking and conversion reporting, and can diagnose performance issues using it.

    • Comfortable with BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau for reporting and data visualisation.

    • Genuinely hands-on: you build, launch, and optimise campaigns yourself. This is not a role for someone who manages agencies or delegates execution.

    • Strong analytical instincts, you make decisions from data, not gut feel, and you can articulate the commercial rationale for your spend decisions.

    • Active AI user: you use tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini in your day-to-day work in meaningful ways, not just for drafting copy.

    • Based in the UK. This role is fully remote.

    • Desirable
      • Experience running B2B paid campaigns on LinkedIn, including audience targeting for SMEs or e-commerce businesses.

      • Familiarity with Reddit Ads, Quora Ads, or other community platform advertising.

      • Experience in e-commerce, logistics, SaaS, or a marketplace/price comparison environment.

      • Exposure to Google Ads or Microsoft Ads at an operational level, even if not your primary channel.

      • Experience working in a small, remote-first team where you have operated without agency support.

Work at Parcelhero: Perks That Pack a Punch!

  • Work Location: Fully remote, must be located in the UK. Office hours are 9 am to 5:30 pm, GMT.

  • Annual Leave: You'll receive a generous holiday entitlement, giving you the time you need to rest and recharge. You also receive your birthday off.

  • Bank Holidays: Enjoy paid leave on all UK bank holidays as standard.

  • Sick Pay: We offer a company sick pay scheme that aligns with the statutory minimum to support you when you're unwell.

  • Merit Reviews: Get rewarded for your hard work and dedication with regular performance and salary reviews.

  • Inclusive Culture: Be yourself and thrive in our casual and upbeat environment.
