Purpose of Position

Our Global Marketing Team is expanding to drive our ambitious growth targets and we’re looking for a skilled B2B Digital Marketing professional to lead our paid media efforts. As our Paid Media Manager, reporting directly to the Head of Growth & International Marketing, you’ll take ownership of developing and executing high-impact paid media strategies across our regional markets.

In this role, you will collaborate with local marketing teams, sales and key stakeholders to align paid search, social and programmatic campaigns with business objectives. If you have a knack for using data-driven insights to optimise performance and are ready to make a tangible impact on our growth, this is an exciting opportunity to shape our paid media strategy and drive measurable success.

Key Tasks

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies aimed at driving lead volume and eGP growth via Google Ads, Social (FB, IG, LI, YT) and programmatic tailored to global and regional business needs.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance, delivering actionable insights and detailed reports to stakeholders, ensuring accurate and effective reporting in collaboration with the Marketing Effectiveness Manager.
  • Forecast, test and optimise regional campaigns to maximise spend efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis and audience segmentation to drive targeted traffic and conversions across PPC and paid social channels
  • Create compelling ad copy and optimise landing pages to maximise conversions and campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with SEO, local marketing and regional sales teams to align paid campaigns with broader marketing goals and key business objectives.
  • Take full ownership of paid media results, making autonomous decisions while collaborating with regional teams.
  • Manage external agencies and contractors.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and platform changes to keep campaigns competitive and effective.

Skills & Expertise

  • 4+ years in Digital Marketing. Proven experience in managing PPC and paid social campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), with a strong focus on lead generation and eGP growth. Ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated success in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including SEO, local marketing and regional teams, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Hands-on experience developing, executing and optimising paid media strategies, including keyword research, ad copywriting and landing page optimisation for maximum performance.
  • Experience managing and optimising six-figure budgets, with strong forecasting and reporting skills to track ROI, ROAS and CPQL improvements across various campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience interpreting data to make data-driven decisions. Ability to challenge existing performance and apply insights to drive campaign growth.
  • Solid understanding of how paid media fits within the wider digital marketing ecosystem, ensuring integration with SEO, content marketing and other channels.
  • A strong understanding of industry trends, platform updates and best practices
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns concurrently
  • Fluent written and spoken English, additional language skills beneficial.
