Job Description

We’re looking for a Paid Media Lead to support and scale our performance marketing across European markets, reporting into our Senior eCommerce & Digital Marketing Manager, Europe and working closely with both local and central teams. In this role, you’ll support the management of our agency relationship, contribute to creative strategy, and collaborate with creators, influencers, and ambassadors to support efficient customer acquisition and revenue growth. Sitting at the intersection of performance and creativity, you’ll bring strong analytical skills to optimise campaigns alongside creative instincts to identify what resonates and why, while working closely with our European commercial team and US‑based colleagues as we expand across the UK and Europe.

What you'll get to do:

  • Support the Senior eCommerce & Digital Marketing Manager to manage the paid media agency relationship, supporting the development of clear briefs, KPIs, and performance accountability
  • Support the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid media activity across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms, ensuring alignment with overall trading and growth objectives
  • Contribute to the development and rollout of market specific paid media approaches across the UK, Germany, and priority European markets, with campaigns optimised across the full funnel
  • Analyse creative performance to understand what is working, why it’s working, and how learnings can be applied through structured creative testing roadmaps
  • Execute and support performance driven influencer and creator collaborations, producing and deploying assets that perform effectively in paid media placements
  • Monitor performance against agreed ACOS and efficiency targets, supporting scale through day-to-day optimisation, analysis, and reporting
  • Work closely with key members of the European and international teams to ensure paid media activity is aligned with inventory levels, promotional plans, and commercial priorities
  • Support testing of new channels, audiences, and creative approaches while helping document processes and ways of working as the European business grows.

Qualifications

Who you are:

  • 4+ years of experience in paid media, including experience managing agency partnerships
  • Strong creative analysis skills, with the ability to articulate why ads work or don’t work
  • Experience working with influencers or creators in a performance marketing context
  • Deep platform expertise across Meta and Google; TikTok experience highly valued
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into commercial insight and creative direction
  • Experience managing six figure monthly budgets with accountability for efficiency targets
  • Understanding of attribution challenges in a post‑iOS14 landscape
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across international, cross functional teams
