WHO ARE WE

Cognism is the leading provider of European B2B data and sales intelligence. Ambitious businesses of every size use our platform to discover, connect, and engage with qualified decision-makers faster and close more deals. Headquartered in London with global offices, Cognism’s contact data and contextual signals are trusted by thousands of revenue teams to eliminate the guesswork from prospecting.

OUR WORK MODEL

Hybrid: This is a hybrid role, requiring you to work from our location office 1-2 days per week, with flexibility to work remotely on other days.

YOUR ROLE:

We’re looking for a sharp, curious, and driven Performance Marketing Specialist (Paid Acquisition Executive) with a particular focus on LinkedIn Ads. You’ll be joining a high-performing paid acquisition team focused on pipeline generation and revenue outcomes.

You should have at least 6–12 months of hands-on experience running LinkedIn Ads campaigns (ideally in a B2B SaaS agency), and a good grasp of how paid social fits into a demand generation strategy.

You’ll play a key role in planning, launching, optimising, and scaling LinkedIn ad campaigns to reach key ICP personas across regions and funnel stages - all with the goal of driving high-quality leads and measurable ROI.

YOUR CHALLENGES AND OPPORTUNITIES:
  • Own end-to-end management of LinkedIn Ads campaigns — from setup and segmentation to creative testing and performance optimisation.
Create compelling ad copy, test creative formats (video, carousel, single image, etc.), and work with designers to iterate rapidly.
  • Report weekly on campaign performance using LinkedIn Campaign Manager and other analytics tools.
  • Track engagement and commercial outcomes, helping evolve reporting to move beyond vanity metrics.
  • Analyse audience behaviour and intent signals to build and refine LinkedIn audience targeting (by department, job title, seniority, company list, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Demand Gen, RevOps, and Product Marketing to ensure alignment on messaging, offer relevance, and account strategy.
  • Continuously test and refine bidding strategies, audience segments, and creative to improve lead quality and lower cost per acquisition.
OUR EXPECTATIONS:
  • Hands-on experience running LinkedIn Ads campaigns — including ABM, prospecting, remarketing, and high-intent lead gen.
  • 1+ year of experience in a paid media role (agency or in-house), with a strong performance mindset.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and knowledge of campaign structure, bidding, audience setup, and optimisation.
  • Confidence with campaign data, and ideally experience using platforms like Salesforce, Hubspot, Excel, Metadata, and/or Cognism Prospector.
  • Understanding of B2B buyer journeys and the ability to tailor messaging to funnel stages.
  • A desire to learn and grow — you stay current with paid media best practices and enjoy testing new approaches.
  • Bonus if you’re familiar with Google Ads, Meta, or YouTube, but this role is primarily focused on LinkedIn.
WHY COGNISM

You’ll be part of a fast-paced, results-driven team where paid media isn’t just a traffic driver — it’s a strategic growth lever. We offer full-funnel visibility, top-tier tools, and the autonomy to test, learn, and optimise at speed.
