Job DescriptionAbout the Opportunity
As a Paid Media Executive, you will be responsible for owning & managing our full paid media strategy across Paid Search, Paid Social & Display, focusing on driving customer acquisition / retention, revenue growth & efficiency across Frasers Group US brands - Everlast Worldwide and The Webster.
You will lead the planning, execution, optimisation, and reporting of all performance marketing campaigns which includes a blend of performance-led, mid/upper funnel brand awareness & membership/lead gen activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute paid social and paid search campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads and ensure campaigns align with brand objectives, seasonal priorities, and marketing calendars.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting to maximise ROAS.
- Implement A/B testing for creative, copy, and audience segments to improve results.
- Analyse key metrics including CTR, CPC/M, ROAS, and conversion rates and deliver regular performance reports with actionable recommendations for growth.
- Support affiliate marketing activity through partner coordination and campaigns.
- Work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure paid media supports overall brand strategy and coordinate with creative teams for ad assets and messaging consistency.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience across paid media channels (PPC & Paid Social) ideally with a mix of performance-focused and creative campaign execution (*experience in US market and retail preferred, but not essential)
- Hands-on experience with paid social and paid search platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads).
- Knowledge of search & social media platforms (Google, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok), their advertising tools, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, detect optimisation opportunities, and apply them.
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- A self-starter mindset, with the ability to work under minimal supervision and guidance.
- Genuine passion for performance marketing, and desire to grow in your career.
