Paid media is one of the most powerful growth levers for the SheMed programme, with significant investment directed toward Google, Meta and other paid platforms to drive awareness and acquisition.
We’re looking for a Paid Media Assistant/Analyst to support the day-to-day running and optimisation of our paid media channels. Working closely with the marketing and wider SheMed teams, this role will help manage campaigns, analyse performance, and contribute ideas to improve results.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who is curious about digital advertising and wants to develop strong skills in performance marketing.
This is an office based role, located in Euston London. We operate Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON:
- Campaign Management - Assist with the setup and management of campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and other paid channels. Support keyword research, audience targeting and campaign structure.
- Performance Analysis- Analyse campaign data to identify trends, insights and opportunities for improvement. Track key performance metrics such as CPA, conversion rate and volume, and help prepare performance reports.
- Testing & Optimisation - Support testing of new keywords, ad copy and targeting strategies, and help run A/B tests to improve campaign performance.
- Creative & Marketing Ideas- Contribute ideas for new ad concepts, messaging and campaigns, and work with the team to test different approaches to attracting new customers.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 0–2 years of experience in marketing, digital advertising, analytics, or a related field (this is a entry level role - training will be provided)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and analyse performance metrics
- Curious and proactive, with a desire to test ideas and continuously improve results
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Creative thinker who enjoys coming up with new marketing ideas and approaches
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and learning quickly
