We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Paid Media Analyst to join our paid media team. In this crucial role, you will collaborate closely with our paid social and display leads, driving excellence in these areas. Your contributions will be vital in shaping our success and expanding our reach into new markets.
As a Paid Media Analyst, you will play an integral role in our paid media team, working closely with internal stakeholders to drive growth and optimize campaign performance. Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with paid social and display leads to support a comprehensive strategy that resonates with target audiences and aligns with commercial goals.
- Own campaign setup, including ad serving and trafficking of display creative assets.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis.
- Monitor and analyze paid social, display, and YouTube performance using analytics tools, and suggest optimizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content, to update and create new paid social and display creatives, ensuring approval from legal and compliance teams.
- Prepare regular reports on performance, competitor analysis, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Support paid social and display leads in delivering strategic initiatives.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Previous experience working in a digital marketing team desired.
- Experience with web and app analytical tools.
- Passion for exploring the latest digital trends.
- Analytical mindset with a test & learn approach, comfortable working with data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on effective documentation to support collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience in paid social, display, and YouTube campaigns.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a hyper-collaborative environment.
