We're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join DriveScore, a fast-growing scale-up business within the ClearScore Group. DriveScore’s mission is to disrupt the car insurance market by making it more transparent, accessible, and user-centric than ever before. Leveraging cutting-edge telematics technology and data analytics, DriveScore provides users with personalised car insurance offers and insights, helping millions of people make informed decisions about their car insurance needs.

DriveScore is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who is passionate about digital marketing and social media. Paid online marketing is one of our business's most important growth channels. We are looking for someone to manage online digital campaigns and create various video content in collaboration with agencies and influencers to support app growth.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and be able to identify trends in digital media, particularly in online video content. This individual must be able to collaborate with agencies and design teams to create digital content for both paid and organic platforms. The primary focus of this role will be on paid digital marketing, with an organic strategy introduced to support paid efforts.


What you will be doing?

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta, TikTok and YouTube to acquire new app users
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPM, CPA, etc.) and generate actionable insights
  • Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and formats to optimize results.
  • Adjust campaigns in real-time to ensure maximum efficiency and optimize them towards the targets.
  • Work with content creators and designers to plan, create, and deliver high-quality, engaging content that aligns with campaign objectives, builds the brand and explains the DriveScore proposition. Focusing on the creation of the video content
  • Develop creative and engaging ad strategies aligned with business objectives and target audiences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as product, CRM, Global Digital Team across ClearScore Group
  • Provide detailed weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Supported paid strategy by growing DriveScore’s organic social media presence across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Monitor trends and platform updates to inform organic and paid social tactics.


What we're looking for?

  • 2-3 years of experience managing paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and/or YouTube.
  • Proficiency in ad platform tools like Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager, big plus experience with tools like Branch or App Flyer
  • Experience in app or e-commerce marketing, including strategies for driving downloads, user retention, and in-app engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Experience in creating online video content for platforms like Meta to TikTok for paid or organic
  • Demonstrable ability to manage budgets effectively and optimize spend for results.
  • Familiarity with emerging ad formats and trends on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • A basic understanding of video editing or graphic design tools
  • A proactive and collaborative team player a solution-oriented mindset
  • Having a passion for anything cars-related topics or experience in the car insurance industry
