Our client is a fast-growing Spanish B2B outbound agency that helps companies generate qualified sales opportunities through highly targeted cold email and LinkedIn campaigns. Using advanced outbound systems, automation tools, and data-driven workflows, they build and manage scalable outreach campaigns for clients across multiple industries.
They are now looking for an Outbound Operations Manager to Project Manage and take ownership of campaign operations and ensure flawless execution across every client account.
This role is hands-on and execution-focused. You will be responsible for organising workflows, managing priorities, overseeing a small operations team, and ensuring every campaign is delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time.
The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive. You should be someone who naturally spots problems before they escalate, maintains high operational standards, and keeps projects moving without losing control of the details.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
* Define, organise, and manage all operational tasks required for each client campaign, including data workflows, messaging, setup, launch, and optimisation.
* Coordinate and oversee the daily work of a team of three, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
* Monitor campaign progress, track deadlines, and maintain visibility across all active projects.
* Review campaign deliverables, including lead lists, messaging, technical setups, and outbound sequences.
* Conduct quality assurance checks before campaigns go live.
Ensure best practices are consistently followed across:
Data management
Audience segmentation
Data cleaning and validation
Campaign setup and execution
* Identify operational bottlenecks, issues, and inconsistencies in real time, and resolve them quickly.
* Prioritise work effectively based on urgency and business impact.
* Collaborate closely with strategy and technical teams to maintain alignment and consistency across campaigns.
* Document workflows and continuously improve operational processes and team efficiency.
Success Metrics
You will be measured on:
* Qualified leads generated across client campaigns
* On-time completion of operational tasks
* Quality and accuracy of deliverables
* Team execution speed and efficiency
* Overall organisation and operational clarity across projects
Requirements
* Previous experience managing projects, workflows, or operational teams
* Prior marketing agency experience - Mandatory
* Proficiency with project management tools (ClickUp & Slack) - Mandatory
* Experience working in fast-paced environments such as agencies, startups, or operations-driven businesses
* Enforce SOPs for manual data work (e.g., Apollo)
* Understanding of outbound marketing channels, including cold email and LinkedIn outreach, or the ability to learn quickly
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to critically review work, not just delegate tasks
* Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple moving parts
* Spanish Fluency and English

* Performance Bonus: Tied to client retention (e.g., one bonus tier for 10 clients, another for 15).
