In this role, you will be approaching existing merchants over the phone, to up-sell other products from SumUp’s ecosystem. 

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Contacting merchants and identifying opportunities to leverage multiple SumUp products
  • Maintaining accurate records of interactions, update prospect information and track outreach efforts in the CRM system
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their ongoing needs and providing exceptional customer service

You’ll be great for this role if you have: 

  • At least 6 months experience in a cold call based role 
  • Previous experience as an SDR a plus 
  • Team First approach
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong target achievement orientation
