  • Systematically research and identify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and aligning them with Lokalise’s solutions, ensuring a seamless handoff to Account Executives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to personalise campaigns and create tailored messaging for specific target personas.
  • Maintain detailed records of prospecting activities, engagement data, and opportunities in the CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Consistently meet and exceed activity and pipeline generation targets through disciplined execution.
  • Actively participate in sales team meetings, providing insights and feedback to refine strategies and improve performance.
 You Must Have
  • A strong desire to build a career in sales, ideally with some prior experience in a similar role within a SaaS or B2B environment.
  • Native or fluent-level English proficiency (additional languages are a bonus).
  • Exceptional communication skills, with an articulate and professional phone and email manner.
  • A proactive, resilient mindset with the ability to overcome objections and persevere in challenging situations.

  • Experience in the localisation or translation management industry.
  • Knowledge of advanced outreach tools like Outreach.io or Salesloft.
  • An understanding of SaaS sales metrics and processes.
 Our Benefits
  • Competitive salary and employee stock options plan
  • Fully remote and flexible working hours
  • Co-working budget
  • Unlimited vacation policy
  • Top-notch tech equipment for your work
  • Learning & Development program
  • Health insurance
