Are you ready to lead the future of sales? As OS Sales Director for UKIMEA, you’ll be at the forefront of a dynamic, three-year transformation—pivoting from a traditional specialist-led approach to a fast-paced, digitally enabled sales organization. This is a unique opportunity to shape the strategy, culture, and success of a high-performing team, driving innovation and sustainable growth across some of our most exciting markets.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Transformation: Champion the shift to a digital-first sales operating model—leveraging cutting-edge automation, self-service tools, and data-driven account planning to accelerate results and unlock new opportunities.
  • Build & Inspire Teams: Develop and energize world-class sales talent across OS Specialists, Digital Sales Representatives, and presales, with a clear focus on high-value enterprise, commercial, and SMB segments.
  • Drive Collaboration: Forge powerful relationships both internally—with Business Units, Channel Partners, and the Customer Success Manager (CSM) —and externally, building trust and influence with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Innovate & Scale: Lead the rollout of renewal automation (Renewtrak, SFDC Autoload) and scalable digital sales programs, delivering best-in-class experiences and increasing operational agility.
  • Strategic Account Leadership: Optimize account coverage, quota, and resource allocation, ensuring your teams are set up to win across complex, multi-country portfolios. Drive exemplary sales discipline with data driven performance management.
  • Performance & Growth: Instill a culture of high achievement, continuous learning, and agile change management—driving business growth, market share, and customer retention.
  • Consultative Selling: Empower your teams to deliver compelling solutions across the services lifecycle, focusing on upsell, managed services, and Tech Care expansion to maximize customer value.
  • Business Instrumentation: Utilize leading indicators and proactive reporting to drive retention, Net Dollar Retention (NDR), and predict market trends—steering the business with confidence and precision.
  • Service Advocacy:  Be the voice of the customer to influence senior decision makers across HPE; BU’s, marketing, finance, business development.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven track record of high performance in sales leadership and transformational change.
  • Deep expertise in strategic sales planning, digital sales enablement, and consultative selling.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with experience influencing senior leaders across internal and external organizations.
  • A talent for developing and inspiring top sales professionals in a fast-paced, results-driven culture.
  • Excellent analytical and financial acumen, with a passion for data-driven decision making.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred. 10+ years’ industry experience, with 5+ years in progressive sales management.
