The Organisational Design Specialist plays a key role in shaping how D&G structures itself to deliver its strategy by leading organisation design solutions across the business.

It will drive role sizing, keep our global job architecture aligned and effective, and partner with our Design Authority team to make sure every organisational change is consistent, high‑quality and backed by solid data.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and evolve D&G’s job architecture framework, role definitions, and design principles.
Deliver role sizing and job evaluation, ensuring consistency, fairness, and alignment to job architecture standards.
Support the Design Authority by preparing analysis, recommendations, and design proposals at pace.
Support the delivery of D&G’s organisation design strategy across multiple business areas.
Support with design and assess organisational structures, operating models, and future-state scenarios aligned to strategic goals.
Ensure all organisational changes comply with agreed governance, standards, and design principles.
Use workforce data, modelling, and benchmarking to generate insights and inform decision-making.
Facilitate workshops and working sessions to align stakeholders and accelerate decisions.
Develop clear, concise materials that translate complexity into actionable recommendations.
Monitor the impact of organisation changes and support continuous improvement.
Skills and experience required:
Strong working knowledge of organisation design methodologies, including role sizing, job architecture, operating models, and governance.
Ability to manage complex, ambiguous organisational challenges across multiple business areas
Advanced analytical capability, with confidence using data, modelling, and insights to inform recommendations.
Requires sound judgement to balance pace, quality, and stakeholder expectations.
Strong communications skills and capable of working with all levels of stakeholder hierarchy.
