  • Recommendation Development: Developing data-driven design recommendations, including detailed structural charts, role definitions, and process mapping.

  • Stakeholder Partnership: Acting as a trusted partner and internal consultant to senior leaders, providing expert coaching on OD practices and transformation planning.

  • Implementation & Change Management: Leading the deployment of design changes and facilitating the transition to new ways of working while ensuring business readiness and minimal disruption.

  • Process Improvement: Ensuring all design activities contribute to an architecture that positions the business for success and maximises efficiency.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with Internal Communications, Legal, People Services, and Programme Managers to ensure seamless, compliant change delivery.

  • Acting as a brand ambassador: Fostering a positive company culture, championing 'The Ocado Way', and upholding the core values of Ocado Logistics.

About you:

  • Proven experience in a dedicated Organisation Design, Organisational Development, or HR Consulting role with experience in OD

  • Demonstrable track record of successfully leading and implementing organisation design, restructuring, and transformation projects

  • Experience using data and analytics to perform diagnostic assessments and translate findings into practical, compelling design solutions

  • Deep experience with change management principles and methodologies related to complex organisational transitions

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to facilitate constructive discussions and achieve alignment among diverse groups

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to assimilate complex data and focus on root causes

  • Proactive, curious, and solutions-focused mindset. Comfortable extending learning through effective questioning and constructive challenge.

  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments, driving progress through action and tackling issues with urgency

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of presenting complex structural information clearly to all levels of the organisation

CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent level qualification by experience (QBE) is required and a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
