The OptiRun Service EMEA Upgrade Specialist is responsible for managing requests linked to Upgrade Service on systems installed across EMEA and assuring customer satisfaction through a high-quality service administration (back-office management: order management, logistics, invoicing, dispatching).

This position reports to the EMEA Service Delivery Leader and is part of the EMEA OptiRun Service Centre  located in Amersham Place and will be an on-site role to cover EMEA

What you will do:

  • Receiving and processing customer upgrade orders, Manage these requests from quotation to delivery and customer satisfaction including legal terms, Master Sales Agreement T&C’s awareness;
  • Booking orders (Instruments, Upgrades, Conversions and Network/Digital Services)
  • Establishing and maintaining effective communication with appropriate individuals throughout the process such as Zone Service Leaders, Area Service Managers, Service Sales, Account Managers, Digital Sales, Order management and Finance
  • Invoicing of service interventions and parts, revenue recognition according to Danaher financial cadence, including Dispute Handling
  • Supporting EMEA & Export Customers and Distributors
  • Handling Logistics (Shipments, Returns and managing customs clearance)
  • Build close relationships with customers and commercial partners and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner.

Who you are:

  • Minimum 3 years Customer Service Experience
  • Experience with Oracle, ServiceMax and SalesForce
  • Order management experience incl MSA, legal terms, T&Cs
  • Knowledge of export regions
  • Additional language would be beneficial

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role

  • Travel may be required on an ad hoc basis for internal meetings.
