Job Description

Summary: 

Order management role to fill vacancy in Germany based order to cash team. The role is remote and will work closely together with existing employees based in Schmitten (near Frankfurt) and wider EMEA & APAC Order to Cash team. Focus of the role is primarily to support Germany based customers across various product lines. The successful candidate must be able to communicate fluently in both English and German.

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • License key generation and fulfilment sent to customer 
  • Activate orders
  • Ensure correct customer approvals are in place for order processing 
  • Where orders are generated by direct and indirect sales teams, review order for accuracy before activation 
  • Invoice generation and submission to customer 
  • Dealing with general customer queries 
  • Customer renewals and account adjustments
  • Monitoring of order, accounting and fulfillment case queues for assigned product lines 
  • Order management follow up 
  • Collection of outstanding receivables
  • Renewal processing 
  • Generation of quote and opportunity for product sales & professional services 
  • Debtor account reconciliation 
  • Monitoring telephone service e-mail's daily and distributing as necessary 


Achievements/Goals within first 6-12 months: 

  • Familiar with Salesforce and NetSuite – order management & debtors 
  • Fully knowledgeable in order to cash – systems & processes 
  • Licensing – completed for assigned product lines within ISW accepted parameters 
  • Debtors – cash collections – debtors aging within ISW accepted parameters 
  • Renewals – all service contracts have been renewed by the due date 

Qualifications

  • German & English language skills (speaking and writing fluently) essential 
  • Order management experience 
  • Software industry experience preferred 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to interact effectively with all levels both within and outside the insightsoftware Group 
  • Experience with NetSuite & Salesforce a plus
