The Oracle Cloud PPM Functional Consultant configures and implements Oracle PPM modules, improves project management processes, and provides user training and support.

As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in configuring and implementing Oracle Cloud PPM modules, driving process improvements, and ensuring efficient project management. Your expertise will be instrumental in aligning Oracle PPM solutions with our business needs, thereby enhancing our project portfolio management capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Configure and implement Oracle Cloud Project Portfolio Management (PPM) modules, including Project Financial Management, Project Execution Management, and Grants, to streamline project management processes.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for Oracle Cloud PPM, ensuring efficient and effective project execution and resource allocation.
- Collaborate closely with business users to understand their unique requirements and customize Oracle Cloud solutions accordingly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Cloud PPM applications, ensuring a seamless and uninterrupted user experience.
- Assist in integrating Oracle Cloud PPM with other enterprise systems, enabling seamless data flow and maintaining data integrity and security.
- Ensure compliance with project governance processes and reporting requirements, adhering to high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to end-users, empowering them to maximize the potential of Oracle Cloud PPM features.
- Continuously monitor system processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization, driving efficiency and innovation.
- Assist in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, keeping the platform aligned with the latest industry trends and best practices.
- Extensive experience with Oracle Cloud PPM modules, particularly Project Financial Management, Project Execution Management, and Grants, is a must.
- In-depth knowledge of project management principles and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, is essential.
- Hands-on experience in configuring and implementing Oracle Cloud applications, with a strong understanding of the platform's capabilities and limitations.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in Oracle Cloud PPM, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with diverse teams, including technical experts, business analysts, and stakeholders.
- Certification in Oracle Cloud PPM or related Oracle Cloud applications is highly desirable, demonstrating a deep understanding of the platform's functionalities.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud or other integration tools is advantageous, enhancing system connectivity and data flow.
- Prior experience in the construction or higher education industry is a plus, offering valuable insights into industry-specific requirements and challenges.
- A proven track record of successful Oracle Cloud PPM implementations and a passion for driving process improvements and innovation.
