The role

The Oracle NetSuite Application Administrator is responsible for both the technical and functional management of the Oracle NetSuite ERP platform. The primary focus of this role is on technical administration, ensuring system stability, performance, integrations, and customizations, while also supporting functional aspects such as user support, process optimization, and configuration. This hybrid role is essential for maintaining a robust, scalable, and business-aligned ERP environment.

Your responsibilities will include: 

Technical Application Management (Primary Focus)

· Manage technical configurations, SuiteScript development, workflows, and automation.

· Maintain and optimize integrations with other systems (via APIs, middleware, etc.).

· Monitor system performance and conduct regular technical audits.

· Administer sandbox environments and coordinate deployment processes.

· Oversee release management, patches, and updates in collaboration with Oracle and partners.

Functional Application Management (Secondary Focus)

· Support key users and end-users with functional questions and process setup.

· Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.

· Test and document new features and system changes.

· Create and maintain user guides and training materials.

Support & Incident Management

· Act as the first point of contact for technical and functional NetSuite issues.

· Coordinate issue resolution with internal teams and external vendors.

· Proactively identify risks and bottlenecks in the ERP landscape.

Documentation & Knowledge Management

· Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, scripts, and integrations.

· Ensure documentation is up to date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement

· Identify opportunities for system and process optimization.

· Advise on new features, modules, and best practices.

· Contribute to ERP roadmap development and strategic initiatives.

  

We expect you to have: 

· Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent work experience.

· Certified NetSuite Developer.

· 5+ years of experience in Oracle NetSuite, with a focus on technical administration.

· Hands-on experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and integrations.

· Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, and middleware.

· Familiarity with iPaaS tools such as Celigo, Boomi, Workato, or similar.

· Proven troubleshooting and performance monitoring skills.

· Fluent in English (written and spoken).

It will be an added bonus if you have: 

· Experience in functional ERP support and business process analysis.

· Knowledge of finance, procurement, and operational workflows.
