  Act as the primary onsite functional consultant and client-facing SME for Oracle HCM Core HR and Absence Management.

  Conduct requirements gathering workshops, business process discovery sessions, and fit-gap analysis.

  Design and configure Core HR components including:

  • Enterprise Structure
  • Legal Entities
  • Business Units
  • Departments
  • Jobs, Positions, Grades
  • Workforce Structures

  Configure and support Absence Management processes including:

  • Absence Plans
  • Leave Types
  • Accrual Rules
  • Eligibility Profiles
  • Leave Workflows and Approvals

  Prepare and maintain:

  • Solution Design Documents
  • Configuration Workbooks
  • Functional Specifications
  • Test Scripts

  Conduct design playback sessions, CRP/UAT workshops, and end-user demonstrations.

  Work closely with business stakeholders, HR teams, technical consultants, and integration teams.

  Support data migration activities including validation of employee and absence data.

  Assist with quarterly Oracle releases, impact assessments, regression testing, and change management.

  Provide post-go-live support, issue resolution, and user guidance.

  Recommend Oracle leading practices and process improvements to optimize HR operations.
