You Are:

An experienced Oracle EPM Workstream Lead with proven experience overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of Oracle applications, ensuring they meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations. You have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to guide teams in delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

The Work:

  • Lead the design, development, testing, and implementation of EPM solutions for clients, translating business objectives and requirements into functional designs and technical specifications.

  • Design and develop data integration solutions using Oracle Data Exchange (DE), Oracle Data Management (DM), and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to extract, transform, and load data into EPM applications. 

  • Create and configure EPM Cloud applications, including metadata, forms, reports, business rules, calculation scripts, Groovy scripts, and integrations. 

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions.

  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.

  • Oversee the integration of applications with existing systems and third-party tools.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal application performance.

  • Manage the software development lifecycle (SDLC) from planning to delivery.

  • Conduct code reviews and ensure quality assurance through testing and debugging.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.

Here’s What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline.

  • Minimum of 4 years leading large-scale Oracle EPM projects.

  • Deep understanding of EPM Cloud products, financial processes (budgeting, forecasting, consolidation), and the ability to troubleshoot and provide technical support. 

  • Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, stepping in to solve problems directly when needed.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to engage with multiple teams effectively.

  • Ability to manage and contribute to team decisions while fostering a positive team environment.

  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

  • MBA and/or Oracle Certified

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role.

It does not represent a maximum limit — in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
