The Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Support Consultant will provide technical support for Oracle Cloud HCM applications, troubleshoot issues, collaborate with teams for HCM integration, customize Oracle Fusion functionalities, and assist with data migration while ensuring optimal system performance.
Unilabs is looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Support Consultant to join our innovative team. As a leading provider of clinical laboratory and medical diagnostic imaging services, we are committed to enhancing efficient operations and delivering exceptional service quality to our healthcare partners. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support for Oracle Cloud HCM applications, assisting in troubleshooting, and resolving issues while ensuring optimal system performance.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the main technical point of contact for Oracle Cloud HCM-related inquiries and issues.
- Collaborating with functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HCM technical solutions.
- Assisting in the analysis and resolution of escalated support tickets involving system configuration, reporting, and data migration.
- Customizing and extending Oracle Fusion HCM functionalities.
- Supporting inbound and outbound integrations between Oracle HCM and 3rd party Payroll and Time and Attendance systems.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting issues.
- Handling HDL, HCM Extract and data migration from legacy systems when necessary
- Providing guidance on Oracle HCM Cloud tools and best practices to internal users.
- Participating in system upgrade and enhancement projects, ensuring that technical requirements are met.
- Documenting technical processes and creating user guides to improve support efficiency.
- Staying current with updates and enhancements in Oracle HCM Cloud technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in technical support roles, specifically with Oracle Cloud HCM applications and expertise covering all Oracle SaaS Applications supporting technologies
- Excellent knowledge of Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management Application functionality including Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management (Compensation and Performance Mgt) and Oracle Guided Learning.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM data schemas, APIs and Cloud Security design are essential
- Experience with SQL, BI Publisher, and Oracle integration tools is highly desirable.
- Experience supporting Oracle Cloud Middleware (OCI) is beneficial
- Demonstrable experience of report development using Oracle BI Publisher, and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Oracle Cloud HCM certification is a plus.
