Description

Unilabs is seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Support Analyst to join our team and provide expert support for our Oracle HCM Cloud applications. This position is crucial in ensuring our HR systems are functioning optimally and meeting the needs of our organization. As a key member of the HR IS team, you will be responsible for addressing support inquiries, resolving issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance the user experience and optimize system performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing functional support and troubleshooting for the Oracle Cloud HCM modules including Core HR, Talent Management, and Compensation Management.
  • Ability to be hands-on, resolving Level 2 and Level 3 support tickets
  • Working closely with HR users to gather requirements, identify system improvements, and enhance functionality based on user feedback.
  • Conducting system testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validating system changes.
  • Maintaining detailed documentation of processes, configurations, and user guides to ensure efficient knowledge transfer.
  • Produce Weekly Status Reporting including key performance indicators
  • Assisting with the implementation of new features and functionalities after thorough analysis of business needs.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and data flow between HR systems and other applications.
  • Staying updated with the latest Oracle Cloud HCM trends to provide informed recommendations for system enhancements.
  • Building and maintaining strong internal relationship with IT and HR communities along with external suppliers is essential.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Functional Support Analyst within Oracle Cloud HCM.
  • Excellent knowledge of Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management Application functionality including Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management Compensation and Performance Mgt) and Oracle Guided Learning.
  • Strong Functional expertise covering all Oracle SaaS Applications supporting technologies such as Workflow, HCM Export, HDL, APIs and Cloud Security
  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Applications not currently implemented such as ORC, Learning Management etc is also desirable
  • Previous experience of regression testing Oracle Quarterly release upgrades
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex issues.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with HR, IT, and management.
  • Experience with system testing methodologies and documentation practices.
  • Familiarity with data management and reporting tools related to HCM.
  • Oracle HCM certification
