As an Senior Business Analyst (Dynamic Ads) on the Dynamic Ads team in our Budapest office, you’ll play a vital role in driving the performance of our customers’ campaigns through data-driven analysis and hands-on optimization.You will turn data into actionable insights, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive measurable impact through a deep analytical and problem-solving approach.You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous improvement of performance, while applying analytical thinking and experimentation to optimize results.This role is perfect for someone who thrives on problem-solving, analytics, and making a direct impact through data.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of technical experience, preferably in digital media or other data-intensive environments
  • Hands-on experience with SQL to query and analyze large datasets
  • Experience using Python, R, Excel, or BI tools to process and visualize data for actionable insights
  • Proficiency in designing and analyzing A/B tests and other experimentation frameworks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, data-driven approach, and ability to collaborate with Product, R&D, and cross-functional teams
  • Strong ability to turn numbers into insights, and a proactive approach
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English

Bonus points if you have:

  • University degree in a technical area
  • Experience in mentoring and leading junior team members
  • Ability to work with AI tools for campaign analytics and performance optimization

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Monitor the performance of dynamic campaigns and analyze key metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for client improvements
  • Proactively identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in campaign data to inform optimization strategies
  • Implement optimization techniques to improve campaign performance, including bid adjustments, targeting adjustments, and creative optimizations
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to refine campaign elements and improve results
  • Generate internal and external reports on campaign performance, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with account managers to align campaign objectives, messaging, and target audiences
  • Attend client calls to gain a deeper understanding of their needs and perspectives (POV)
