At our location in Visp, in the canton of Valais, we are constantly looking for Biotechnologists with a relevant background at all levels in Life Sciences in order to support our growth in several business units! We are also able to offer a 50% position now!

The actual location of this job is in Visp, Switzerland. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates and their families, if needed.

What you will do:

  • Work in various production functions while following safety and cGMP guidelines

  • Identify, interpret, and resolve deviations in production processes

  • Execute production steps, including documentation and calculations

  • Support the onboarding and training of new team members

What we are looking for:

  • Education in chemical or biopharmaceutical sciences

  • Experience in pharmaceutical production (e.g., operator or technician roles)

  • Safety-conscious and detail-oriented work style

  • Basic knowledge of process engineering

  • Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus

  • Willingness to work in shifts (e.g., 4-shift pattern) with flexible scheduling
