Job Description

Who will you be working with?

Bearward Engineering is a Northampton based firm manufacturing radiators for the power generation industry.

 

How will you make a difference?

As a member of the Fabrication team, working on the 2200-0600 night shift (38 hours/week) Sunday to Thursday, you will be responsible for cutting/drilling and measuring parts, and checking quality of parts.

You may also be asked to perform other duties outside of your function for which adequate training will be provided if necessary.

 

What do we want to know about you?

Ability to read drawings.

Accuracy in measuring parts.

Team player with a positive can-do attitude.

Practical, hands on.

Have good communication skills.

Willing to work flexibly.

Previous use of metal working equipment desirable but not essential.

 

 

What about the physical demands of the job?

A manual environment, lifting heavy equipment.
