You will lead operational support for a manufacturing value stream in a regulated environment. You will work closely with operations, quality, engineering and technical teams to deliver safe, compliant and efficient production. You will drive improvements, coach others and act with integrity. Responsibilities:
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Lead and coordinate daily operational activities to meet production schedules, quality and safety requirements.
- Act as the operations point of contact for projects and ensure smooth handover into production.
- Support site readiness for internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.
- Maintain business continuity plans and local operating procedures for the value stream.
- Coach frontline leaders and teams to sustain continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Plan and deliver improvement projects using structured methods and measurable outcomes.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals
- Experience working in a regulated manufacturing or packaging environment.
- Experience in an operational or operations support role with day-to-day delivery responsibilities.
- Proven track record of delivering continuous improvement or operational change.
- Strong knowledge of quality and safety requirements relevant to manufacturing.
- Good communication skills and ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Right to work in the United Kingdom.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
- Formal qualification in engineering, science, manufacturing or equivalent experience.
- Experience with SAP or other manufacturing execution and planning systems.
- Experience leading audits, deviation investigations or change control.
- Coaching or people management experience with influencing beyond direct reports.
- Training or experience in lean or operational excellence methods.
- Experience in value stream planning, capacity management or production planning.
Working pattern:
This is a site-based role at a GSK manufacturing facility in the United Kingdom. The role is primarily on-site given the operational and audit accountabilities.
