What will you bring?
What you’ll do
- Provide technical support – both in person, on a Tech Bar and remotely – handling incidents and service requests for hardware, software and collaboration tools.
- Assist with the setup, installation, and configuration of laptops, mobile devices, peripherals
- Support Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook and Teams, guiding users through common issues
- Support meeting room technologies, including Microsoft Teams Rooms, basic AV troubleshooting, and presentation equipment (with guidance)
- Assist with Microsoft Teams Live Events to enable smoot business communications
- Support onboarding new starters/offboarding and, troubleshooting issues
About you
- Ability to adapt to multiple priorities while maintaining a positive, professional attitude.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
- Experience using an ITSM tool (e.g. ServiceNow) is desirable; willingness to learn is essential.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with operating systems (Windows, Mac, and others).
