In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our records center and warehouse. You will lead an assigned team to provide timely, high-quality service while championing Iron Mountain’s safety regulations and operational processes. Your primary objective is to deliver total customer satisfaction through best-in-class service and cost-effective facility management.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and Develop Operations Talent: Supervise, coach, and train a team of warehouse staff, managing recruitment, attendance, and performance appraisals to foster a high-performance culture focused on safety and quality service.

  • Manage Daily Warehouse Workflows: Oversee the end-to-end processing of customer records, ensuring all receiving and releasing activities are accurately logged and that service requests are completed within set timelines.

  • Ensure Operational Excellence and Compliance: Research and resolve service issues, maintain comprehensive site reports, and ensure full adherence to Health and Safety standards and Iron Mountain global operational policies.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity within a distribution or service-related environment.

  • Strong Educational Foundation: A degree or diploma in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • Technical and Administrative Proficiency: Strong computer skills (Google Suite, Word, Excel) and the ability to complete detailed paperwork in English accurately.

  • Operational Flexibility: The ability to effectively manage workloads and teams across two locations (Carmona and Calamba) with strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.
