In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our records center and warehouse. You will lead an assigned team to provide timely, high-quality service while championing Iron Mountain’s safety regulations and operational processes. Your primary objective is to deliver total customer satisfaction through best-in-class service and cost-effective facility management.

What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
Lead and Develop Operations Talent: Supervise, coach, and train a team of warehouse staff, managing recruitment, attendance, and performance appraisals to foster a high-performance culture focused on safety and quality service.
Manage Daily Warehouse Workflows: Oversee the end-to-end processing of customer records, ensuring all receiving and releasing activities are accurately logged and that service requests are completed within set timelines.
Ensure Operational Excellence and Compliance: Research and resolve service issues, maintain comprehensive site reports, and ensure full adherence to Health and Safety standards and Iron Mountain global operational policies.
The ideal candidate will have:
5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity within a distribution or service-related environment.
Strong Educational Foundation: A degree or diploma in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Technical and Administrative Proficiency: Strong computer skills (Google Suite, Word, Excel) and the ability to complete detailed paperwork in English accurately.
Operational Flexibility: The ability to effectively manage workloads and teams across two locations (Carmona and Calamba) with strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.
