Role
At FinDox, we power better, faster investment decisions for finance professionals. We develop and implement technology to make it easier for professionals to access and analyze the vast world of financial data and documents while protecting data privacy and enforcing compliance regulations.
About the Role
The Operations Specialist role at FinDox is responsible for supporting the everyday operations of our company, including managing our email notification service, documentation processes, and virtual file organization, as well as handling support inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process incoming document/deal alerts and deliver to client
- Maintain and update document control systems and databases
- Support in providing input and guidance in document control systems and procedures
- Organize virtual files and folders
- Respond to inquiries related to client requests and support
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Web savvy and strong aptitude with learning new systems/technology
- Organization skills
- 1-5 years of work experience
- Four Year Degree preferred
