What will you be doing?

It's essentially a project/operational manager role where you either get the tasks from the mgmt or proactively identify tasks, take charge of them, and collaborate with colleagues from different departments to solve them. 

Here are some examples of tasks you might need to tackle:

  • Make a research on certain topic
  • Create a financial model, establish reporting
  • Audit the functions across different departments, identify gaps and propose/implement changes
  • Manage deliverables of different project initiatives across the teams 
  • Lead projects in cooperation with IT and other departments

Requirements

  • Ability to deal with multiple tasks/projects across different functions 
  • Ability to think/act systematically to deliver practical results under pressure
  • A high level of positive/proactive energy, courage and diligence 
  • Focus on problem solving and finding solutions, result-oriented mindset
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy are crucial
  • Willingness to learn and readily embrace new challenges
  • Openness to criticism and adaptability in a changing environment
  • Bachelor’s degree from a top university 
  • English – С1 and above
