Position Overview:


Venture Operations Associate to work directly with our Head of Operations. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role supporting both fund-level operations and portfolio company success. You'll play a key part in scaling our internal processes, investor reporting, and post-investment support.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Investment Ops & Execution

    • Coordinate closing processes for new investments, including document execution and wire transfers

    • Manage onboarding of new portfolio companies into internal systems

    • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance across investment workflows

  • Fund Reporting & Analysis

    • Prepare internal and external reports on fund performance, metrics, and OKR/KPIs

    • Assist in quarterly and annual reporting to Limited Partners (LPs)

    • Support budget tracking and portfolio performance analysis

  • Portfolio Company Support

    • Provide hands-on help to portfolio companies in areas such as hiring, marketing, and fundraising

    • Act as a connector between startups and resources (recruiters, service providers, investors)

  • Investor Relations & Fundraising

    • Support ongoing LP communication, updates, and data room maintenance

    • Assist in planning LP events, fundraising campaigns, and investor materials

  • Strategic Initiatives & Special Projects

    • Lead or support cross-functional projects (e.g. deal sourcing, event planning, internal process builds)

    • Collaborate on events, marketing, content, and community building initiatives

You have:
  • 3+ years of experience in venture capital, startups, consulting, finance, or similar strategy or ops-heavy roles

  • Strong project management and organizational skills; thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both internally and with founders/investors)

  • Analytical mindset and familiarity with metrics/KPIs in VC or SaaS/startups

  • High attention to detail and a bias toward action

(Bonus: Experience with tools like Airtable, Notion, Pitchbook, Carta, or CRM systems and experienced with fundraising)
