Description

We’re building the world’s first visual modelling solution for corporate structures and transactions. Our mission is to transform the way that professionals work with complex information. Taking what’s traditionally found in impenetrable, text-based legal documents, StructureFlow enables users to dynamically collate, visualise and model information holistically, enabling professionals to cut through complexity through the power of visual working.

StructureFlow has secured Series A funding, we are growing fast and are at an exciting stage of scaling up. We have great traction today, working with over 50 highly engaged international law firms including 3/5 of the UK Magic Circle and a sizable segment of the US AMLAW 200.

The users of our platform are leading lawyers, accountants and finance professionals who have rigorous standards in terms of the approach to their work and the technology they use to help them accomplish it. You will be someone who can immerse themselves fully in the challenges faced by our clients and create solutions that delight them, helping make StructureFlow an indispensable product in their toolkit.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic, impact-driven Operations Manager to join StructureFlow and work closely with our COO as we gear up for our next stage of growth. This role sits at the heart of how our business operates – from shaping internal processes, team culture to optimizing tools and systems.

You’ll have a front-row seat to the inner workings of a fast-scaling startup and play a key role in building the foundations for long-term success. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a bias toward action, strong analytical instincts, and a desire to grow into a senior strategic role over time.

This is a London-based position, working out of our Shoreditch office at least 3 days per week.

Requirements

You’ll work across teams and functions to streamline operations, drive clarity and rhythm, and remove friction as we scale. Your focus will evolve over time but will include:

  • Data & Reporting – Support data-driven decision-making across the business. Develop regular reporting cadences, spot trends, and use insights to support recommendations and track performance.
  • Operating Rhythm – Help create structure and clarity around how we operate. Codify best practices, improve business processes, and reduce inefficiencies so every team can do their best work.
  • Culture & Values – Partner with leadership to embed our values – Courage, Curiosity, Collaboration, and Integrity – into how we work, hire, and grow as a team.
  • Special Projects & Pathfinding – Collaborate directly with the COO and CEO on strategic projects, new initiatives, and business-critical experiments that don’t yet have a playbook.

We value mindset and potential over a perfect CV. You’ll thrive in this role if you’re highly motivated, adaptable, and love solving problems in ambiguous environments.

You bring:

  • 💡Curiosity about scaling – You want to understand what makes high-performing companies tick, and you’re eager to dive into everything from team workflows to growth levers.
  • 📊 Strong analytical skills – You can interpret data, draw meaningful insights, and influence decisions with confidence.
  • 🧠 Creative problem solving – You enjoy identifying root causes, designing thoughtful solutions, and following through with execution.
  • 🤝 Strong EQ and communication – You’re a people person who can build trust, handle sensitive topics with care, and communicate clearly across teams.
  • ⚙️ Technical fluency – Advanced Excel and PowerPoint are a given. You’re curious about automation and AI, and may have exposure to SQL, basic coding, or SaaS tool integration.

Bonus points if you’ve worked in management consulting, operations at a startup / scale-up, or a high-performance team in a professional setting.

Benefits
  • A role at the heart of StructureFlow's operations, directly shaping the company's growth and scale.
  • Competitive salary
  • Opportunity to join a dynamic, early-stage startup in our mission to become the critical infrastructure for transactions of the future.
  • High impact work that really matters - success in this role will drive our company forwards and have an outsized impact on our business and our clients
  • Learning and development budgets and support
  • Regular socials and events for the whole company
