Role Overview: 

We are looking for someone organised and keen to learn, who wants to be part of a lively fast paced agency. You will be a natural problem solver who enjoys getting stuck in and solving challenges as part of a team. 

The Operations function is a central capability, touching all parts of our business and network, therefore you will be able to communicate with stakeholders at various levels and from various departments, facilitating and improving ways of working, implementing and developing processes, and working with a variety of teams, all in an amazing place to work. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Reporting: 

Maintaining resourcing sheets and burn report 

Running financial reports 

Systems and tools: 

Primary Mediahub contact for MediaOcean 

Ensure our data management systems such SharePoint is up to date 

Champion our workflow management with Asana, an industry leading technology 

Project management:  

Liaison with finance departments and client teams to ensure financial health of clients 

Liaison with offshore teams, acting as a point of contact between Mediahub UK and our offshore colleagues 

Escalating to senior leadership if there are any blockers to any projects 

Maintain business critical templates, such as Media Plan and Briefing forms 

Project manager for various projects using Asana 

Stakeholder management:  

Learning of any areas of inefficiency within the business and developing a plan for improvement along with Operations Director and others 

Liaison with Mediahub departments and client teams providing support and guidance on best practices and processes 

Experience & Skills Required: 

  • Experience working within an operational / support role  
  • Organised and detail orientated, and a strong collaborator and communicator
  • Eager to take on new challenges and make a significant impact within our fast-paced and agile agency environment
