Job Description

Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering manufacturing excellence and first-class performance standards across the total supply chain while ensuring legislative compliance and financial target achievement. You will drive the strategic agenda through the effective use of people, processes, and technology.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Lead operational excellence by developing and implementing a balanced SPECQS (Safety, People, Environment, Cost, Quality, & Service) contract to deliver first-class performance standards.

  • Collaborate with the wider team and internal stakeholders to develop best practices across sites and drive specific agenda items across regional factories.

  • Ensure legislative compliance and adherence to organizational policies for all products and facilities, while implementing lean techniques to drive excellence in execution.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience in manufacturing and supply chain management, specifically in managing significant change and driving continuous improvement.

  • Strong knowledge of lean techniques and financial acumen, with a proven ability to manage complex technical and professional teams.

  • Proven ability in stakeholder management and coaching, focusing on building partnerships both internally and externally to support an integrated supply chain.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative management style that thrives in environments of ambiguity and change
