  • Performance Delivery: Optimise and highlight partner performance to increase product adoption and improve referral volume.
  • Change Management: Lead initiatives to improve operational processes and adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Insight & Reporting: Own metrics for all channels, analysing and reporting key performance metrics related to referrals, partner engagement, and product integration weekly.
  • Operational Reporting: Prepare and present performance reports to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • Process Optimisation: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline operations and enhance service delivery while collaborating with the Panel Manager. Proactively suggest improvements to optimise efficiency.
  • Growth Initiatives: Drive initiatives that align with business goals and ensure effective execution.
  • Technology Integration: Collaborate with product teams to implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular reviews with partners to assess progress, identify challenges, and develop improvement action plans.
  • Billing Management: Oversee the billing process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing. Liaise with the finance department to resolve any discrepancies and ensure alignment on financial reporting.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Team Management Experience: Proven ability to manage and develop a team focused on achieving performance targets.
  • Dynamic Work Environment: Capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Partnership Management Expertise: Experience in managing and optimising strategic relationships.
  • Referral Growth: Track record of driving growth through effective partnership management.
  • Operational Excellence: Skill in enhancing processes to drive efficiency and achieve better results.
  • Problem Solver: Strong ability to manage escalations and resolve issues swiftly.
  • Data-Driven: Proficient in using performance insights to drive continuous improvement.
