Our AI completes work, automates workflows end to end, and frees advisors to spend more time with clients. In the future, every wealth management firm will run on Nevis.

Nevis was founded by an exceptional team of ex-Revolut executives and has raised a total of $40 million from world leading investors including Sequoia Capital, ICONIQ and Ribbit.

The Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and driven Operations Manager (Product) to work at the heart of Nevis’s Product teams. In this role, you’ll help shape the future of our AI-first wealth management platform by turning operational insights into scalable, data-driven decisions.

You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Leadership to solve complex business problems, identify growth opportunities, and design the operational foundations behind our key product initiatives. From launching new features and markets to analysing performance and defining go-to-market strategies, you’ll be a core part of how Nevis scales.

You’ll thrive here if you enjoy working at the intersection of product, data, and business strategy, and love tackling ambiguous problems with structure and precision.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with Product & Engineering teams to define and execute operational strategies that drive product success.

  • Analyse key product, user, and financial metrics to identify inefficiencies and unlock new growth opportunities.

  • Translate insights into actionable plans that improve customer experience, scalability, and profitability.

  • Lead and deliver high-impact, cross-functional projects across product, AI, and operations.

  • Help define product strategy and go-to-market plans for new features and verticals.

  • Build scalable processes and frameworks for tracking product performance and operational efficiency.

  • Serve as the bridge between product development and business execution, ensuring alignment across teams.

  • Leverage SQL, Python, or other analytical tools to drive data-informed decisions.

Who You Are
  • 2+ years’ experience in operations, product strategy, consulting, or data-driven roles in high-growth environments.

  • STEM degree (or similarly quantitative discipline) from a top-tier university.

  • Exceptional analytical skills – strong proficiency with SQL, Excel, and preferably Python.

  • Highly structured thinker with strong problem-solving and critical reasoning skills.

  • Excellent communicator, capable of working cross-functionally with engineering, product, and leadership teams.

  • Strong business acumen and a deep curiosity for how products and systems work.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and takes ownership from idea to execution.

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have
  • Experience in fintech, SaaS, or data-heavy products.

  • Background in strategy consulting, investment banking, or venture capital.

  • Familiarity with product analytics tools

  • Track record of building or scaling tech products using data and customer insights.

Why Join Nevis?
  • Work alongside a high-calibre founding team backed by some of the best investors in the world.

  • A fast-paced, high-growth environment with the opportunity to shape how the business operates.

  • Be part of a mission-driven company transforming the wealth management industry with huge potential for global impact.

  • 25 days’ annual leave.

  • Private medical insurance.

  • Competitive salary and benefits package, including company equity.
