Operations Manager | Acquinex & Litica

Acquinex and Litica are two specialist businesses within PIB Group, operating in the niche areas of insurance and legal risk solutions. Both work in fast-paced, evolving markets and require strong operational support to ensure systems, processes, data, and reporting run effectively. We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to play a pivotal role across both businesses, helping to drive operational excellence, improve ways of working, and support key business change.

What you will be doing

• Supporting the day-to-day operations of both Litica and Acquinex

• Acting as a key contact for systems, data, and operational processes

• Identifying and delivering improvements to workflows and ways of working

• Producing reporting and management information to support decision-making

• Leading and supporting operational and system change across both businesses

What we are looking for

• Proven experience in an operations or change role within insurance

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Confidence working with systems, data, and reporting

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• A proactive, self-sufficient, and solutions-focused approach
