About the role


Become the operational backbone of Storio's Product & Technology division as our Product & Technology Operations Lead. In this vital role, you'll drive efficiency and alignment by establishing and optimizing standardized processes, tools, and frameworks. You’ll be the central point of coordination, ensuring smooth operations and enabling data-driven decision-making across product, engineering, and design. If you excel in creating structured operational environments and fostering collaboration, this is your opportunity to lead the charge.

Your Daily Adventure at Storio

  • Develop, implement, and refine processes and cadences for effective Product & Technology operations, including demand intake, quarterly planning, and budget reviews.
  • Manage the master roadmap and Jira backlog, ensuring it's a single, up-to-date source of truth across all domains.
  • Organize and run quarterly planning events, collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize and plan work effectively.
  • Monitor and mitigate risks related to product delivery, prioritization, and resource allocation, providing timely recommendations.
  • Establish a framework to report on delivery health, working closely with teams, Agile Delivery Managers, and FP&A.
  • Collaborate with teams to gather product performance and operational metrics, establishing processes for review and action.
  • Evaluate and manage product management tools and platforms, driving adoption and effective usage.
  • Create documentation, training materials, and onboarding programs to standardize tools and best practices.
  • Organize engaging All Hands events to communicate updates and celebrate success.

Experience and Attributes we'd like to see

  • 5+ years of experience in product operations, product management, program management, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of optimizing processes and driving operational improvements.
  • Experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced, and agile environments.
  • Operational Expertise: Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and agile methodologies. Expertise in process optimization, scaling operations, and removing inefficiencies.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in creating and interpreting dashboards, KPIs, and metrics to inform strategy. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to draw insights from complex datasets.
  • Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with product management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro, Aha!). Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Google Analytics).Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams. Skilled at presenting plans and recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Leadership & Influence: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.

Nice to have Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, product management, operations, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Agilist, or similar Agile certifications.
