Who you areA driven and curious young professional interested in Operations and Logistics or a relevant field. Someone that loves problem-solving, efficient communication , and liaising with suppliers to manage orders to successful completion.
In this role, you will need to be extremely well-organized and pay attention to detail. You will work directly with our Suppliers and find the best- and fastest way to manage everyday operational challenges. This includes troubleshooting issues, handling claims, and working directly with our Logistics partners to ensure Qogita delivers at the highest industry standard. Your profile:
Currently pursuing a degree in Operations, Logistics, Business or a related field
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic proficiency (or interest in learning) using admin portals, CRM tools, and monitoring systems
Bonus: coding skills & experience with low-code platforms such as Retool
Based in Amsterdam
Ability to commit full-time to a role for at least 6-months
Find the best- and fastest way to resolve everyday logistics-issues, such as lost shipments and shipping-delays
Work directly with our suppliers, managing their orders end-to-end
Assist in tracking orders through our admin portal and CRM tools
Use monitoring systems to identify and address potential problems
Contribute to optimizing supply chain and logistical flows
Help design a scalable operational processes, work on data driven process-improvement, and gather feedback from our Sellers
