Job Title: Operations Executive
Location: Remote but must be located in London area
Reports To: Chief of Staff
Company: Wall Street Prep

About Wall Street Prep

Wall Street Prep (WSP) is a leading provider of financial training solutions for professionals and students around the world. Our mission is to bridge the gap between academia and the real world by delivering practical, hands-on financial education. As the company enters a new phase of growth — including potential acquisitions — we are building a team to support our strategic initiatives.

Role Overview

We are looking for an execution-focused Operations Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on driving projects forward, collaborating across departments, and ensuring things get done. The Operations Executive will report directly to the Chief of Staff and play a key role in executing a range of cross-functional initiatives that are critical to the company’s strategic goals.

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, action-oriented, and comfortable rolling up their sleeves to support initiatives across product, marketing, sales, customer success, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive execution of cross-functional initiatives across departments, ensuring alignment and accountability.
  • Act as a central point of coordination for key projects — organizing meetings, tracking deliverables, and removing roadblocks.
    • Projects could be anything from new product builds (e.g. New Online Programs) through to integration of teams (e.g. building new processes and organizational groups)
  • Collaborate with workstream leads to ensure timely updates and progress reporting.  Support leads with documentation required and provide support to move projects along.
  • As the company grows through acquisitions, we will tackle large scale projects integrating entire teams.  Projects could include:
    • Organization changes and change management for teams
    • Implementing new business processes to support larger teams
    • Evaluating legacy processes and systems and moving towards a ‘one team’ approach
  • Support post-acquisition integration projects by helping align systems, processes, and people.
  • Create, Maintain and update project documentation, trackers, and action logs as needed to keep projects on course.
  • Create Risk Management logs, and update – evaluate risks to projects and timelines
  • Coordinate recurring project and team meetings; follow up on action items and next steps.
  • Escalate risks or blockers to the Chief of Staff as needed to maintain momentum.
  • Support executive leadership team with their workstreams to ensure projects stay ‘on track’

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–6 years of project management, operations experience — ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth company.
  • Proven ability to take a project from idea to execution across teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail without getting bogged down in unnecessary process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Highly proactive, solutions-oriented, and action-biased.
  • Experience working on post-merger or acquisition integrations is a plus.
  • Experience in Project Management documentation from start to finish.

Why Join Us?

This is an exciting time to join Wall Street Prep as we continue to expand our offerings and customer base. With growth comes opportunity — including the integration of future acquisitions — and this role will be at the center of ensuring our initiatives are successfully executed. You’ll work closely with leadership and across functions to have a real and lasting impact on the business.
