About The Role
Knight Frank is looking to hire an Operations Executive who will be responsible for the Operational management for the Data Centres team.
Role:
Our dynamic Data Centres team are looking for a trusted Operations Executive to drive operational excellence. In this pivotal role, you'll have the autonomy to make strategic decisions and provide innovative solutions while ensuring seamless daily operations. You'll deliver exceptional support services across the team, managing critical processes and leading staff development to maintain our high standards of client service.
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations for the Data Centres team alongside stakeholders and develop operational strategies to support growth
• Lead bi-annual business planning processes and manage the 3-year strategic plan with regular progress tracking
• Oversee comprehensive financial management including WIP reconciliation, debtor management, monthly invoicing, and profitability reporting
• Coordinate with Dubai and Singapore finance teams on fee reconciliation and joint agent invoices
• Process monthly travel approvals, supplier invoices, expense claims, and budget planning for new recruits
• Provide line management for business support staff including regular 1:1s, appraisals, and career development coaching
• Lead end-to-end recruitment process from job specifications through to job offers, including interviews and skills assessments
• Manage new starter induction programmes, buddy assignments, and coordinate exit interviews for leavers
• Ensure all mandatory training compliance and promote development opportunities across the team
• Review and improve organisational processes to enhance quality, productivity, and efficiency
• Maintain client records, contact information, and organisational charts on Knight Frank platforms
• Work with Strategy, Risk and Operations office on compliance, audits, and best practice implementation
• Oversee Marketing Communications Coordinator programme and coordinate marketing projects including website and collateral
• Plan and execute Data Centre team events from conception through delivery, managing all logistics and client relations
• Ensure timely completion of client due diligence processes and RICS management for the team
Key Experience Required:
5+ year experience in a similar operations or administrative role
Proficient using Microsoft Office
