Job Description

The Director of Operations Engineering serves as a bridge between our technical infrastructure and our strategic vision. In this role, you won't just be managing systems - you will be a trusted partner to the CEO, responsible for architecting a technology roadmap that transforms data into a competitive advantage.

You will lead the evolution of our tech stack, with a heavy emphasis on Salesforce as our central nervous system. Your mission is to ensure that our data is not just stored, but accessible, actionable, and seamlessly integrated across every department.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate directly with the CEO and executive leadership to align the technology roadmap with long-term business goals.

  • Salesforce Ecosystem Ownership: Lead the architectural strategy for Salesforce, ensuring it supports complex workflows, robust reporting, and scalable growth.

  • Data Democratisation: Design and implement integrations that break down data silos, ensuring "one version of the truth" is accessible to stakeholders across the business.

  • Operational Maturity: Move the organisation from reactive troubleshooting to a proactive, automated, and mature engineering environment.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Work hand-in-hand with the Operations team to identify friction points and deploy technical solutions that enhance team productivity.

  • Vendor & Integration Management: Oversee the selection and maintenance of third-party tools (ERP, BI, Marketing Automation) and their integration with our core systems.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in Operations or Systems Engineering, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership capacity.

  • Deep expertise and certification in the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and ideally Revenue Cloud or CPQ).

  • Proven experience with middleware and iPaaS tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Workato, or Zapier) to connect disparate data sources.

  • The ability to translate complex technical hurdles into clear business outcomes for the CEO and Board.

  • A passion for data integrity and a track record of building systems where data is easily visualised (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.).

Note: We emphasise skills, expertise and behavioural attributes over years of experience and traditional degrees. If you want to join our collaborative team, we invite you to apply today with your resume in English.
