About Wheely

Wheely is a high-end ride-hailing service redefining premium transportation across major cities in Europe and the Middle East. We combine technology with the art of five-star chauffeuring to deliver a consistently exceptional experience.

As a profitable, fast-growing scale-up with $43M raised, we're expanding rapidly across EMEA and the US. We're adding exceptional talent to drive our next phase of growth.

As the Operations Coordinator at Wheely London, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our chauffeur community. You will be the first point of contact for chauffeurs visiting our academy, serving as a liaison between Wheely and our valued chauffeurs.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on operations management experience and contribute to our organisation's growth. This role requires a customer-focused mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary support for chauffeurs visiting the Academy. You will take full ownership of their issues and ensure every problem is followed through to a definitive resolution.
  • You will lead the Chauffeur Onboarding Process. This involves document checks and coordinating the Chauffeur accreditation sessions.
  • You will play a role in coordinating major UK events such as Royal Ascot, the Henley Regatta, and Goodwood Revival. You will ensure that chauffeurs are briefed and positioned to provide a seamless service.
  • You will go beyond daily tasks to identify performance gaps. Use a data-driven approach to make our chauffeur operations more efficient.
Our ideal candidate
  • A Graduate from a top-tier University.
  • Completed an internship or have relevant experience in a demanding, fast-paced customer-facing environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proven track record of delivering creative solutions
  • An excellent listener who can communicate with clarity and purpose. You should be comfortable speaking with a wide range of people and managing expectations firmly but professionally.
  • You approach projects methodically and are comfortable using a data-driven approach to justify your decisions.
  • Availability to work in the office five days a week
