We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator who thrives in structured environments, cares deeply about execution quality, and wants to work remotely on real, high-impact operations.
This is not generic outsourcing. You’ll be part of a selective team supporting core operations.
Tasks
* Coordinate and manage workforce performance against defined KPIs
* Ensure high standards of Health & Safety across daily operations
* Communicate operational updates, process changes, and shift information clearly
* Manage attendance, absences, rotas, and workforce allocation
* Support onboarding, training, and retraining of workers
* Handle worker queries and welfare meetings professionally
* Maintain accurate records across operational systems (attendance, training, skills)
* Produce daily and weekly operational reports for internal teams and client stakeholders
* Support investigations, incidents, and operational escalations when required
Requirements
* Experience in operations coordination, workforce management, or similar roles
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Comfortable working with KPIs, reports, and operational systems
* Clear written and verbal communication in English
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
* Ownership mindset and high standards for quality and accuracy
* Comfortable working remotely with UK-based teams
