Responsibilities:

The Operations Coordinator takes the lead by performing all back of house operations in a Tiffany store. The Operations Coordinator has a passion for providing excellent client service and partners with store leadership on key initiatives which supports the team and drives sales goals. The Operations Coordinator is a key holder who acts as a manager on duty when a manager is unavailable. Duties include coordinating order fulfilment, managing inventory, coordinating client service activities, and may open and close the store.

In addition to the in-store support, the Operations Coordinator will also support the PR and wider marketing team in taking the lead of product loans for photo shoots and VIP endorsements, in partnership with stores, PR agencies and Global teams.

You will provide exceptional operational support throughout the business, championing best practices and ensuring strict adherence to compliance and policy procedures. 

PR Support: Manage the market’s PR photo shoots, ensuring alignment with business goals and marketing goals.  Prepare merchandise and receive after completion of events. Fully supporting company’s PR strategy and executing it in different phases, assist with administrative work, coordinate and attend various events. Solid understanding of the different social networks with a passion for the PR and Operations industry.  Be a liaison between Operations and PR with full ownership of merchandise preparation for events.


Your Profile
• Must currently hold right to work in the UK

• 2-3 years of prior experience in retail operations with comprehensive knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration

• Organized, detail-oriented and efficient, with a track record in retail operational excellence (stock, payment, security, maintenance, etc.), preferably in a luxury environment

• Service-oriented with knowledge of luxury etiquette

• Demonstrated ability in implementation of operational tools and novel processes 

• Collaborative and supportive team player with strong interpersonal skills

• Solution-driven, proactive and agile in fulfilling ad-hoc operations requests

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

• Preferred: A college/university degree
