Take the lead and we’ll give you the support you need to be at the top of your game. And we offer you the freedom to be a positive disrupter and turn big ideas into bold, industry-changing realities.

For our business, for clients, and for you

As Product Pricing Manager you will drive the development and refinement of Apex Group’s internal pricing structures and practices, ensuring consistency across rate cards, fee frameworks, and repricing initiatives. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Finance, Technology and other teams to align strategic pricing objectives with day-to-day delivery. This role calls for both strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively coordinate with senior stakeholders, while optimizing commercial processes within Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Rate Card Development

  • Support the design and refinement of rate cards, integrating global standard pricing and local market variations.

  • Ensure the latest rate card logic is consistently reflected in proposal templates and relevant systems, working closely with Marketing, Sales and Product teams.

Revenue & Monetization Initiatives

  • Contribute to strategic pricing programs (e.g., Financial Reporting fee review, Market Data Recharge), providing data validation and impact analysis.

  • Propose and help implement repricing initiatives that support both revenue goals and operational feasibility.

Commercial Process Optimization (Salesforce & CPQ)

  • Serve as an Operations stakeholder for enhancements and rollouts in Salesforce/CPQ.

  • Translate pricing and packaging logic into scalable system configurations, minimizing the need for parallel (e.g., Excel-based) trackers.

  • Engage with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Product, etc.) to maintain a single source of truth for commercial data.

Service Monitoring & Enablement

  • Champion the use of internal service monitoring tools (e.g., Digital Whiteboard, Service Delivery dashboards) to enhance visibility into operational performance.

  • Encourage consistent tool usage and data accuracy, helping reduce manual processes and align stakeholders on key metrics.

Business Analysis & Project Coordination

  • Gather and document business requirements from senior stakeholders across multiple teams.

  • Coordinate multi-team initiatives, managing timelines and follow-ups to ensure project milestones are met.

  • Leverage data insights to identify bottlenecks, propose improvements, and confirm that new workflows are well-integrated into Apex’s operational framework.

Skills & Experience

Analytical & Technical Aptitude

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, CPQ, and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI) is highly desirable.

  • Experience interpreting business logic and translating it into structured, system-ready processes.

Operations Focus

  • Background in financial services or a related industry, preferably in revenue operations, pricing, or commercial project roles.

  • Ability to connect strategic pricing objectives with real-world service delivery constraints.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders across multiple teams (Sales, Product, Finance, Operations, etc.) to reconcile competing priorities.

  • Skilled at consolidating diverse inputs into practical, standardized processes.

Process Efficiency

  • Proven record of streamlining commercial workflows, phasing out duplicative manual tasks, and driving adoption of central systems.

  • Experience rolling out cross-department initiatives or projects.

You will tackle high-visibility projects that shape how Apex Group structures, prices, and monitors its services. By working cross-functionally with leaders in Operations, Sales, Finance, and Technology, you will advance revenue growth and operational excellence through data-driven solutions. The role offers broad exposure to senior stakeholders, enabling you to expand your leadership capabilities, deepen your understanding of commercial operations, and have a direct impact on the organization’s success.

Disclaimer: Unsolicited CVs sent to Apex (Talent Acquisition Team or Hiring Managers) by recruitment agencies will not be accepted for this position.
