Operations Associate

Join our Operations team to support ETF trading and manage end-to-end workflows. In this role, you will work closely with the trading desk to oversee trade capture, reconciliation, and settlement, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the trade lifecycle.

Your future role at QRT: 

• Booking, reconciling, and monitoring ETF trades across multiple markets and venues in real time
• Managing the creation and redemption lifecycle, ensuring timely settlement and accurate inventory management
• Handling trade breaks, failed trades, and exceptions, resolving issues with brokers, custodians, and internal teams
• Supporting traders with day-to-day front-office operational needs
• Assisting in the buildout and testing of operational processes, controls, and automation
• Coordinating onboarding and connectivity with exchanges, brokers, and clearing agents
• Contributing to the definition and implementation of the operational control framework for ETF trading

Your present skillset:

• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of ETF operations experience
• Strong knowledge of ETF lifecycle and creation/redemption mechanics
• Experience supporting real-time trading environments
• Clear communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
