Operations Associate

Join our London Operations team as an Equities Operations Associate. This hands-on role supports the trading desks and requires strong Equities Trade Support experience, with regular interaction with Prime Brokers, fund administrators, and other external counterparties.

Your future role at QRT:

• Managing equity trade matching across Traiana and CTM platforms for give-up trade flow. Investigating and resolving mismatches versus numerous executing brokers ensuring timely settlement
• Fails monitoring
• Performing start-of-day and T+1 position and transaction triparty reconciliations, investigating and resolving breaks versus our fund admin and prime brokers in a timely manner
• Performing manual trade bookings across all asset classes
• Liaise with multiple trading desks, Treasury, Senior Managers, Risk, Compliance & COO teams regarding issues and queries. 

Your present skillset:

• Minimum 5 years Equity Trade Support experience
• An operational understanding of equity related corporate action lifecycle/mechanics is preferred but not essential
• Varied Asset Class knowledge advantageous
• Driven and self-motivated to problem solve and work cross-collaboratively
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Team-player
