About the Position
Reporting to the Manager- non Proportional/Lloyds, the Operations Assistant - Triager will support multiple teams and be responsible for all aspects triaging related to reinsurance transactions in our document retention and workflow tools for the cash, non-proportional and proportional teams. The role requires an individual who is driven and willing to work in a high-volume transactional role. The role will pivot across teams based on business needs and will be required to engage in making processes more efficient and streamlined.
Responsibilities:
Work with the Proportional, Non-proportional and Cash teams to triage all documents and tasks across the teams on a daily basis.
Effectively and accurately process and allocate tasks to each team in a timely manner
Engage proactively and provide regular updates to teams and managers
Assist in creating efficiencies and value creation (review existing processes and propose updates/changes as appropriate)
Participate in any special projects or ad hoc tasks that may be required
Ensure all functions are carried out with a high degree of quality, in a timely manner
Qualifications, Skills, & Experience:
High school diploma required; University degree preferred
2+ years of related experience
Driven individual who enjoys a challenge
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced role and environment
Strong computer skills (Word, Excel)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle a variety of duties in a timely and accurate manner
Strong communication skills.
(Re)insurance experience preferred
Team player and ability to work across multiple teams
