The Operations Assistant will support the dry end of the paper machine, assisting with training for crew members, and provide extra assistance on the winder during busy periods.
This role will be split between operating as an assistant on the dry end of the paper machine, thereby facilitating ongoing training of the other crew members whilst also helping out as an extra assistant on the winder during periods of heavy workload on the winder.
